Open Gym offers individuals with paralysis the use of our state-of-the-art facility for independent fitness with a monthly membership. Those with memberships may utilize weight-bearing and cardio equipment during business hours. Pair your membership with access to FES (Functional Electric Simulation) for improved maintenance of muscle mass and cardiovascular circulation.
